Archiving

The journal ensures long-term digital preservation and permanent access to its published content through a combination of technical and organizational measures.

• regular backup of journal content;
• monitoring of technological aspects to prevent data loss, format obsolescence, and software incompatibility;
• use of digital preservation metadata;
• assignment of Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) to ensure persistent identification and accessibility of articles.

The journal utilizes the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries. This system ensures long-term preservation, independent storage, and restoration of the journal content.
