License Agreement

 

The submission of materials for publication in the licensee's collection constitutes the author's acceptance of the terms and requirements.
By submitting materials for publication, the author agrees to the terms of this license agreement. The act of submitting materials is an acceptance of the terms of this offer.

Under this agreement, the author demonstrates that the submitted material:

* does not infringe the copyrights of other persons or organizations;

* has not been previously published in other journals and has not been submitted for publication in other journals;

* does not infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of third parties;

* all persons who made a significant contribution to the creation of the work are indicated as co-authors.

The publication adheres to an open access policy. All articles are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) 4.0 International license. 

The rights that the author transfers to the Editorial Board include, in particular, the rights to:

* the author retains copyright and grants the publication the right of first publication of the work;

* publish the article in Ukrainian or English and distribute its printed version;

* distribute the electronic version of the article by any electronic means (posting on the official website of the journal in electronic databases, repositories, etc.).

Under the terms of a non-exclusive license, the author grants the Editorial Board the right to:

* publication of the article (in Ukrainian and/or English);

* distribution of the electronic version of the article through the official website of the journal, electronic libraries, repositories and scientometric databases;

* use of metadata (titles, abstracts, reference lists) for indexing the work.

In all cases, the presence of a bibliographic reference to the article or a hyperlink to its electronic copy on the official website of this publication is mandatory.
