FEATURES OF USE OF INFRARED AND LASER HEATING AT THE SOLDERING OF LED ASSEMBLIES

Abstract

In work theoretical and pilot researches of conditions of IK of the soldering intended for installation of LED assemblies were conducted. The basis of theoretical researches was made by a method of thermal calculation of a working zone of a model sample of soldering station on the basis of radiation IK. The given results of thermal calculations were received by means of the program Solid Works Simulation complex. The basis of pilot studies was made by the model of the installation intended for IK of the soldering. At production of the model such parameters as temperature of a thermal element, the sizes of a working zone and a material of a thermal umbrella were considered.
