The increase in a share of high performance digit lamps of low and high pressure which cannot work without express Start-up the regulating equipment is one of paths of the successful solution of a question of economy of the electric power on irradiating. The analysis of the last researches and publications (1,2,3,4) showed that algebraic mathematical models of digit lamps connect functionally only values of sizes at a given time and do not allow to consider their previous history, do not consider an inertance of processes which happen in a mercury discharge through gases. These shortcomings differential mathematical
models of digit lamps which allow considering the previous history of processes are deprived. Determination of effectiveness of use of the modern methods of the analysis of electric circuits with digit lamps for determination of energy efficiency of a set of Start-up the regulating equipment at a design stage became the purpose of this article. In work features of formation of an equation of state of electric circuits of the arbitrariest configuration with digit lamps are formulated. It is proved that use of differential mathematical models gives the chance to estimate influence by a power loss on electric parameters of a contour, to conduct the analysis of electric circuits with current pauses, wide variations of frequency that simplifies process of creation of high-intensity electromagnetic ballast throttles, noted in the Directive 2005 / 32/ЕU.
