PROTECTION RELIABILITY INCREASING OF THE ELECTRIC NETWORKS OF THE REGIONAL DISTRIBUTIVE COMPANIES 0,4 kV BY MEANS OF THE USE THE COMPLEX CRITERIA OPERATION
Abstract
They are shown need and possibility of increase of the reliability of protection of the electric networks 0,4 kV by transition to the use of complex criteria of operation of the protection, formed from aggregate several parameters protectable electric circuit. Increasing of the reliability is provided as to account of the expansion of the list of the emergencies in electric network, on which reacts protection, so and to account of increasing of the factor faultlessness functioning the system of protection at realization of the mode of the standby refusal. They are considered new technical decisions, allowing form in the mode of perpetual monitoring different types complex criteria operation that or other type of protection.
