Abstract

The paper analyzes the state of metrological support in the field of precision photometry and radiometry. Experimental results on the possible implementation of the lumen and candela units using a stabilized power and frequency laser and a trap detector
receiver with 100% quantum efficiency are presented in the paper. Estimated preliminary assessment of the measurement error of the laser radiation does not exceed 0.05%.
