Abstract

At operation of the systems of the accounting of the electric power (SAEP) in the electric networks (EN) often arises situation when SAEP partially fail owing to deenergize chains of tension or current, feeding measuring
system. Considering that the specified refusal leads to emergence of an error of measurement of volume of an elektroenergie, there is a problem of increase of reliability of functioning of SUE due to compensation of an error of measurement by use special the correcting of coefficients (CC).
As size CC depends on a configuration of the scheme of measuring system and character to refusal, its application demands carrying out classification of SAEP that codification of types of refusals.
For compensation of the error of measurement arising because of functional failure of the measuring system and determining the actual volume of the measured electric energy is proposed to use the corrective ratios as standard, was found in this work for different types of measuring systems and types of functional failures for 3 or 4 wire electrical networks in the presence of currents of direct and reverse sequences. In the case of a functional failure of the measuring complex, CC can be used for compensation of I-th element on the stability characteristics of characteristics of system in general.
The error of measurement of quantity of electric energy is caused, first of all, by the accuracy of the functional elements of control entering in a measuring complex - transformers of current and a voltage, electric energy counters, protection of secondary chains of current and tension, information and measuring system, losses of tension on connecting wires, schemes of turning on of metering devices, etc. Thus any increase in an error of the elements which are a part of a measuring complex brings to increase in an error of system in general and to its out of limits of admissible values.
Actions belong to number of the ways increasing stability of gages on reduction of absolute values of coefficients influence most SAEP unstable elements. In this case, use of CC, on analogue with previous, is one more means, direction on stability increase, and, therefore, metrological reliability of a measuring komplek.
The advanced mathematical model of definition of KK allows to define their value for the SAEP different types and different types of functional refusals of its components.
