DOSIMETRY OF LIGHT-EMITTING DIODES

Abstract

The necessity of dosimetry control of light-emitting diode radiation in compliance with Sate Standard of Ukraine ДСТУ ІЕС 60825-1:2004 is shown. The performance attributes requirements are worked out. The results of the development and the pre-test of the model of dosage light-emitting diode radiation meter are presented in the article.
