PHOTODETECTORS FOR PRECISION MEASUREMENT OF CAPACITY OF RADIATION OF LIGHT-EMITTING DIODES

Abstract

Problems of precision measurements of light-emitting diodes' radiation power, connected with nonlinearity of photodiodes' spectral sensitivity are considered. Using of trap detectors is offered as a decision of the problem. New model of the trap detector is described.
