DOMESTIC MULTICHIP HIGH-POWERFUL LED MODULES FOR THE LIGHTING SYSTEMS
Abstract
Technical and economic aspects of development and manufacture of domestic multichip high-power and extra-super-power LED modules in a power range from 5 up to 200 W are considered in paper. First time in Ukraine an innovative modules with an improved thermal parameters intended for integration into LED lighter and wide application devices are made.Downloads
